Booths

The main unit of the powder coating facilities we build is the powder coating booths. Powder coating booths are the best way to apply powder paint after the surface cleaning process and to prevent the paint particles that do not adhere to the material from being thrown out. Electrostatically charged paint particles adher onto the surface with maximum efficiency and a homogeneous spread. Booths also consist of cyclones. Paint particles accumulate under the cyclone, and small particles that are not used are collected in the back filter. The paint is recovered under the cyclone, the paint accumulated in the rear filter group is not used and is waste paint.
