Powder Coating and Wet Paint Equipment

Manual Booths

In filter cabinets, powder paint particles that move with the air flow caused by the suction fan and cannot adhere to the material are filtered and prevented from going outside. With the effect of the sudden shock valve, the paint spilled over the filter to the cabin floor is collected in the tank. It is the most practical and useful model of powder coating booths. In this system, the surface quality is more efficient in recycling, since the powder paint particles are not fragmented as in the cyclone cabins. Paint booths are manufactured from 1.5 mm and 2 mm dkp sheet metal covered with electrostatic powder paint as standard. There is a sealed cover behind the filter groups so that the filters can be removed and installed from the outside of the cabin. All parts of the cabinet are disassembled and all connections are bolted. It can be easily dismantled when needed.
